Info has been spreading around the net for a while now that Command & Conquer (the original) is bring given away for free to celebrate their 12th anniversary. They have links up to the original iso cd images, which is incredible because it means that game hasn’t been modified.
Just recently I stumbed upon another link that Ubisoft is releasing some of their more recent PC games for free (ad supported).
This is great for my desktop since its in good shape, but not quite high end enough to handle the latest PC games. And sadly I missed all of these games when they were first released. I hope more game companies keep up this trend.
Plus, I can’t wait to see the Prince from Prince of Persia powering up his health with a 3 piece meal from KFC and Cherry Blast Mountain Dew.
